Sending an agreement
Send a document straight from the record it belongs to - a property, a legal matter, a client onboarding case - rather than as a standalone tool with its own separate list. Choose who signs, in what order, and where each field (signature, date, text) sits on the page, then send it from your own email address.
Signing
A recipient can draw, upload, or type their signature - a typed signature renders in a genuine cursive script. Copy-only recipients are notified automatically once their turn in the signing order comes up, and reminders grow more frequent as a deadline approaches.
Proof it happened
Every completed agreement comes back with a certificate of completion - name, email, IP address, and timestamp per signer, plus a SHA-256 integrity hash - and a public verification link anyone can use to confirm it's genuine, optionally behind a passcode.
How it's billed
Free and unlimited for any organisation already connected to CRM - DocSign's own per-seat and per-request plans don't apply to a CRM-integrated account, since the connection itself is what exempts it.
