Noviqent Estates runs every block you manage from one workspace: buildings, flats, leases, people and clients; repairs with priorities and targets; works orders that check a contractor's insurance before instruction and need an inspection sign-off - on site or by photos - before the invoice can be approved; planned maintenance; and a compliance register per building with red, amber and green status, including Building Safety Act higher-risk buildings and their safety records.
Service charge, reserve, major works, balancing, administration charge and ground rent demands are raised from the budget by each flat's share, and carry the statutory summary of rights and the landlord's name and address automatically. Section 20 consultations run as a guided workflow with every 30-day period tracked. Bank statements import as CSV or OFX and match by payment reference, arrears reminders go out politely on their own, and payment runs need two people and export to BACS.
Residents and leaseholders, directors and contractors each get their own portal in every plan, and residents can pay online by Direct Debit or instant bank payment through GoCardless. Each agency runs it on its own domain, in its own brand, UK-hosted, for buildings in England and Wales.
