Development, DevOps and SRE

The ticket you already triage, turned into a reviewed, CI-checked pull request — reviewed by a human before anything merges.

Noviqent's Development, DevOps and SRE platform watches for a trigger label on your tickets - Jira, ServiceNow, Linear, or Azure DevOps Boards - then does what an engineer would do first: gathers the relevant source from GitHub or GitLab, the runbook pages from Confluence, live observability data from Grafana, and related tickets, before asking the AI model of your choosing (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, or a privately-hosted endpoint) to write the genuine, complete change - a new feature, an enhancement, or a fix.

The result comes back as a real, draft pull request — never merged automatically — and we wait for its own CI to finish before commenting the outcome back onto the ticket you were already watching: root cause, the PR link, confidence scoring, and whether the checks passed. It also proposes operational actions - restarting a deployment, rolling back a release - for a human to approve, and checks prior resolved tickets first to avoid re-investigating a root cause your team has already found once.

An on-premises agent runs read-only commands and tests inside networks with no inbound access at all, for source or infrastructure that can't be reached over the API. Role templates (Administration, Engineer, Reviewer, Read Only, plus custom groups) and per-team routing keys scope which connectors and agents each team can see, and credentials resolve just-in-time from Noviqent Vault - never cached locally. Mapped to SOC 2 (CC6, CC7), ISO 27001 (Annex A.9, A.10, A.12), UK GDPR, NCSC Cloud Security Principles, and Cyber Essentials.
