Secrets Management
Noviqent + Noviqent Vault
Store your own connected-service credentials in a real secrets engine, instead of a second encrypted copy in the platform's own database.
Any credential the platform needs to act on your behalf - an accounting system login, an outbound email provider, a cloud storage key - can be stored in your own organisation's Vault space instead of pasted directly into Settings. The platform authenticates with a scoped identity and reads the value at the moment it's needed, so there's never a second, plaintext-adjacent copy sitting in a Settings field.
Every secret is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is scoped by path so a connection only ever reaches its own credential, and every read is logged against the identity that made it - the same secrets engine every other Noviqent product already runs on internally.
What connects
- Point any "connect a credential" field at a named Vault secret instead of pasting the raw value
- Encrypted at rest and in transit, with fine-grained, path-scoped access policies
- A full audit trail of every read, write, and policy change, attributed to the identity that made it
- The same secrets engine every other Noviqent product already runs on internally
Ready to connect your own Noviqent Vault account?
Every integration runs on your own account and your own credentials - nothing routes through a shared Noviqent account.
