Landlords and tenants
Landlords and Tenants are their own records, distinct from a general CRM Contact but connected to the same underlying activity timeline - so a call logged against a landlord shows up exactly where you'd expect it to.
The Lettings pipeline
A let moves through its own pipeline, separate from the Sales one - Enquiries → Contract signed → Listing → Offer - so lettings and sales performance are always reported on separately, never blended into one misleading number.
Tenancies and compliance
A Tenancy ties a property, a landlord, and one or more tenants together with its own start/end dates and rent schedule. Compliance dates (gas safety, EICR, EPC) are tracked per property so nothing lapses unnoticed - the property's own record surfaces anything coming due.
Maintenance
A maintenance request logged against a tenancy tracks through to resolution, with the property's own history staying attached for future reference - useful context the next time something needs attention at the same address.
