Bring your own key
AI features run entirely on your own Anthropic API key, added from Settings - nothing is billed to the platform, and none of it is required to use the rest of the product. If a key isn't connected, every AI-related button simply doesn't appear rather than failing - the rest of the platform is unaffected either way.
Review before anything goes out
Every AI action produces a draft or a suggestion you review, never something sent or actioned automatically on your behalf - a drafted chase email sits in the compose window until you choose to send it, exactly like one you'd written yourself.
Where it shows up
Natural-language intake can create a Contact, an Onboarding Case, or a JML Case straight from pasted text (an email, a note) - the fields are extracted automatically rather than typed in one at a time. "Draft chase email" and "Draft welcome email" give you an AI-written starting point in Billing and Client Onboarding. MarginWatch can generate an insight on a customer's numbers, and campaign copy in Marketing gets an optional AI-assisted first draft.
Cost
You're billed directly by Anthropic for your own usage, at their standard rates - Noviqent never marks this up or adds a margin on top.
