How to generate an invoice
- Go to Billing → Generate invoice
- Pick the client and a date range - unbilled, billable time entries in that range are pulled in as line items automatically
- Add any manual line items needed
- Mark the invoice sent once it's gone out, and paid once it's settled
PDF export
Every invoice can be exported as a PDF, stored in your connected cloud bucket and downloaded from a signed URL.
Chasing overdue invoices (InvoiceFlow)
Connect Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage and run Sync to pull invoice aging into InvoiceFlow's dashboard (current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days). Open an overdue invoice to add a chase note, and use "Draft chase email" for an AI-drafted starting point you review and send yourself.
