Job Openings and the Recruiting pipeline
Create a Job Opening with its title, description, and requirements, then publish it to your public careers page. Every candidate who applies becomes a Deal in the seeded Recruiting pipeline, attached to that Job Opening rather than a Company - Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired, the same Kanban board CRM already runs Sales on.
CV parsing and shortlists
- A candidate applies through your careers page and uploads their CV
- Skills, experience, and current title are extracted from the CV automatically
- Each Job Opening ranks its candidates against its own stated requirements
- Open the CV Library at any time to search every candidate who has ever applied, across every role
Outreach
Select a shortlist and email or call candidates directly from the candidate list - no exporting to a spreadsheet or switching to a separate tool. Every call and email is logged on the candidate's own activity timeline, the same as any other CRM contact.
