Employee records
Every employee has a real record - job title, department, manager, and start date - separate from the Joiner/Mover/Leaver event checklist (see that doc for the lifecycle process). Self-service access lets each employee view their own profile, download payslips, and request leave without going through HR for routine changes.
Leave & absence
Configurable leave types route to the right approver automatically, with a live balance calculated the moment a request lands - no separate spreadsheet to keep in sync.
Payroll, connected to your books
- Run payroll for the period - PAYE, NI, and pension deductions calculated per employee
- Finalise the run once reviewed - it generates a payslip for every employee automatically
- The finalised run posts as a balanced journal entry to your internal ledger, with an optional push to your connected Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage account
Training & development
Assign a training course to any employee and track it through to completion, right alongside their employment record - useful for compliance training as much as professional development.
