Patients and appointments
A Patient record is a CRM Contact, tagged so it appears in the right place; an Appointment is a Calendar Event, so scheduling works exactly the way the rest of the platform already does - nothing separate to learn, and the same booking flow your team is already used to.
Clinical notes
Clinical notes record against the patient directly, timestamped and attributed to whoever wrote them, kept together with everything else about that patient relationship - appointment history, documents, and correspondence all in the same place.
Treatment plans
A treatment plan records what's been agreed for a patient's ongoing care, tracked over time alongside the notes and appointments that relate to it.
What this deliberately isn't
This is record-keeping, not a clinical decision-support system or a controlled-drug/prescribing system - it never makes a clinical recommendation, and prescribing stays entirely outside its scope.
