A branded portal for vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants to check status without calling the office.
What it shows
A vendor, buyer, landlord, or tenant gets their own limited login - progress on their sale or let, upcoming viewings, and key documents - without full access to the rest of your CRM. It cuts down "any update?" calls by giving people a place to check for themselves, any time.
Different views for different people
What a portal user sees depends on who they are - a vendor sees viewing feedback and offers on their own listing, a landlord sees their tenancy and rent status, a tenant sees their own maintenance requests - never anyone else's information.
Setting it up
A portal invite goes out from the relevant record (the property, the tenancy) - the recipient sets their own password on first login, and access can be revoked at any time from the same place.
